Crashing after Intro: couldn't create XAudio2 master voice

Have issue after last update. Crashing after game Intro...

Tryed 44100hz

Reinstalled the game

Reinstalled Origin.

Updated all drivers.

Disable Nvidia Audio ones.

Still cant play.. Any suggestions would be cool.

    I was able to solve my problem by opening the game and letting the error message pop-up, alt-tab then going to Windows 10 Settings>Sound>App Volume and Device Preferences and assigning your preferred output and input devices to the game.

    Hey, @ZeroSkillandIQ  @Argeanoth can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with APEX and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.

     

    Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

      @EA_Atic , It doens't work, i spend like 300 euros in this game , i nedd a way to fix it or i will lose everything i bought, pls help

    @Argeanoth this worked for me! when u have app volume and device preferences open it shows that the apex application has no sound output or default selected. kudos to Argeanoth !
