Crashing

It's kind of my fault because I'm still on an xbox one, but I have lost over 1500 elo this season from my game crashing and it not reconnecting me to my game, is there ant way I can get some of that ...

Hey 1011011o,

Unfortunately, we aren't able to grant or adjust RP even in situations such as this one. It may help to check through these troubleshooting steps if you haven't already, though!

As far as linking accounts, please keep in mind that your progress is stored at the EA account level, and your various platforms (Xbox, PlayStation, etc.) are linked to the EA account rather than each other. Unlinking a platform from one EA account to link it to another will result in lost progress.

You can double-check your connected platforms here, but if you're still looking to recover an older account or make other changes after that point please reach back out to support to have them take another look.
