Ahh that sucks, it's been about a month now since I was able to play. Tried updating my bios and all that, still nothing. I'll keep you updated if I find something that works

I have seen this as a suggested fix to crashing, but have not tried this. Messing with settings that I do not have knowledge of is something I am not fond of trying because it may break other things while trying to fix another.

That's understandable. Like you mentioned, it can help in some cases. I know it can be a bit daunting to change this type of system setting, but if you are able to give it a try can you let me know if it makes any difference at all?

Uninstall and reinstall the game. No idea if it is still happening but I did it and it worked.

So my question is when im using a custom resolution (768x480) on apex when i load up on firing range, like 1seconds in it keeps freezing, but when i use the lowest res in game (1024x768) it runs smoothly and no freezing at all does It mean that custom resolution isn't really supported on apex?
