    CPU: Intel - i7-8700K 3.7GHz 6-Core
MOBO: Asus - ROG STRIX Z370-E GAMING ATX LGA1151
    RAM: G.Skill - Trident Z RGB 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4-3200
GPU: Asus - GeForce RTX 2080 Ti DUAL OC 11GB
    SSD: Samsung - 970 Evo 500GB M.2-2280
    PSU: EVGA - SuperNOVA G3 750W
    OS: Windows 10 64bit

I am getting crashes non stop. sometimes at the start of match but more often than not its when there are only 2 squads left. extremely infuriating..
I've tried rolling back drivers to 417.35, as well as all versions up to the latest release (419.17)

I get this thread's error,DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED, as well as the DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG

I guess I will try borderless window and hope for the best... Open to other suggestions/ideas.

  • Lowering my VRAM in game Video Settings (to 6GB) helped me. Thanks!

  • I was getting DXGI errors and so people said to roll back drivers. I roll back drivers and now i get CreateTExture2d failed error... what do I do?

There's unfortunately not always going to be a one-fix-for-all solution for PC errors. We'll see what we can do to figure out what is causing this for you, but for PC users it's exceptionally helpful to provide a DxDiag so we can look at your system specifications and Windows Reporting Errors that are inside of it.

Can you upload that to this post in a new reply and let us know if you've tried anything else since previous reply? Thanks!

There are several errors for Windows in your Windows Reporting Error section. Can you try to run some scans on your PC in the Command Prompt (CMD) to see if those can be fixed?

    1. Go to the Windows search bar on your desktop taskbar and search "CMD". If the app doesn't show up for some reason, search "Run" and then search "CMD" in the run search bar.

    2. Type in sfc/scannow (this will check for missing or corrupted files)

We also have an article on how to use CCleaner to scan and fix issues.

@EA_Blueberry Thanks for the response. I ran CCleaner and sfc/scannow but still ran into the issue. I've created my own post over here and will try out that suggestion.

    Hi,
I have GTX1080 Ti. I've reinstalled drivers and game and still nothing ... same mistakes.
When it comes to changing video memory in game options ... i can't even start the game.
Is there any other option ?

    Also getting error:
Couldn't create texture "(null)": error code 8007000e
