Critical game logic error, DEVS REACT!

Can't believe this problem isn't solved yet, because I've seen A LOT of people in Apex Discord chat who has the same exact problem!

"There was a problem processing game logic". (Look at the attached screenshot) The game is broken! Thousands of people can't play! Literally!

The root of this problem is simple: If club owner in Steam, who has funny symbols  or emojis in his name, creates an announcement in the club - ALL THE MEMBERS can't play Apex no more, because game engine can't process showing this announcement because of the unsupported letters!

Thousand of gamers are suffering this issue, DEVELOPERS, REACT TO THIS ASAP!

    Confirmed. Same problem. The author and I belong to the same club. 

    For the 3rd day we can't enter the game.

    We tried to fix it with a gamepad, as people from the community say, but it doesn't work.

    Pls, do something. Delete our Club or idk.

    Still the same problem! Awaiting reaction from EA staff.

    I assume nobody from EA staff considers this problem important, since there are zero attention to this topic. 

    I mean... this is official EA answers. Where is everybody?

    I've reached EA support in their chat at answers.ea.com and they told me that they can't fix this problem and I should wait here and wait for someone so has control over this situation. So i wonder, who can that be?
