Cross Progression not working?
Got the cross progression prompt on steam, but no progress from my PlayStation account has been transferred. Characters etc that I know I have unlocked are not. Has my merge bugged?

To confirm, Items and Progress are stored at the EA account level and not the Platform account (Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, etc).
When you unlink a Platform account from its originally connected EA account, you will not carry over items and progress to another EA account. Check out our help articles for more information on linking and unlinking:
If you wish to attempt to recover your items you will need to relink the Platform account back to its original EA account. Please keep in mind this does mean you will not be able to use the Platform accounts with cross-progression as they will be on separate EA accounts.
