Data Center Automatically Switching to Other Side of the World

The game is automatically connecting me to servers on the opposite side of the world.  I live in England so my data center should automatically go through the London one which I have <20ms ping for....

The game keeps setting the data center to Tokyo or Sydney, and it says for me to check my internet. Which is working perfectly fine. 
I'm on Xbox One with this problem.
