Hey RobotWa11E,
If you had logged back into an EA account but your Apex is now showing as a level 1 account, that likely means you've logged into a new EA account.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to your progress.
In this case it sounds like you may have just logged in with the wrong EA account. You'll need to re-link your Steam to the original EA account where that progress was earned instead. If you have any issues re-linking your accounts please reach out to support so they can help get your platform account back to its original EA account.
The EA account I logged in to is the email I used before <email removed>. After logging in to Steam, when I logged in to EA, I saw that the account was still a new account with the same data as Steam. So I think it's not that I logged in to a new account, but that the data is gone. However, what you said about unbinding the EA account and then rebinding it shows that I can only unbind the Steam account on May 19th. Is there any other way?
