Delay in game
Hello. I faced such a problem when playing Apex, after connecting to the match I periodically get into the game where I have a ping(delay) of 500+, it does not fall, does not decompose, but when i l...

Why is there an issue with his isp i don t understand?! can you explain ?
Like we all have different isps and we all are in different countires but we all have same problem and that is the connection to ea servers! how is that an isp problem and not a ea servers problem ?! There are literally thousands of post here reporting connection problem!
It looks like an ISP issue because the high pings and packet loss are occurring before our test server and the connection to the router is fine.

Then why i have packet loss and high ping IN GAME with A+ grade connection while the DATA CENTER screen says 14ms ping 0 packet loss?!
Your most recent trace doesn't show any packet loss. Can you run another one to see if we get similar results?

yes all the test i did shows 0 packet loss at any time of the day but in game is a total different story !
Can you show me a screenshot of the test results?

Test1
Test 2 even better than first one
I did these 2 uotrace tests one after another
That server is in usa and i am in europe and is not even used by apex, as you can see my connection is flawless!
The only issue I see is due to distance. Try using the European test server of 159.153.72.252. Thanks!

on that ip the maximum ping i had was 14ms and 0 packetloss, as you can see there are no issues on my side but in game while playing apex i get packetlos, prediction error and lag spikes!

That looks good. I'm not seeing any issues. I know you've tried different PCs and ISPs, but have you also made any changes to your modem/router or are you using the equipment supplied by your ISP? Also, is QoS (Quality of Service) enabled on the router?

the current modem is a fritzbox 7530 with the latest firmware provided by isp, i have tried every possible setting in the modem with/without/factory, i don t understand after all this you still try to blame my stuff, on this forum there are thousand of posts about connection related issues! When are the ea/respawn people responsible for networking actually doing something about all of this?! When are they gonna invest in better infrastructure!?
Since the majority of people are playing without issue, we need to troubleshoot reports of this individually. If we notice anything on our end, we'll make an announcement on our official channels.

Of course you say that because you work for EA, but in the real world the majority of people have connectivity issues in apex legends!
There are millions of Apex players. We're not hearing from all of them. Regardless, we will continue to monitor for any issues.

I understand you work for ea, but connectivity issues (lag, hit reg, packetloss, connection errors, prediction errors, all type of error codes) have been reported since apex was released, 2 years later same problems, not sure where are the millions of players you are talking about, on steam right now there are only 110k players... if this game was taking care of yes there will be millions of players!
They aren't all playing at the same time. Regardless, we'll continue to watch for any issues.
