delayed audio + super pixelated ui and models

My fps were getting low so i tried to do something to optimize my performance and it didnt work. So i went back redid everything to what i had before and now the game loads horrible and everything is 100x times pixelated and all my audio is delayed or cutoff. One of the changes i made was from dx11 to dx12 but i reverted it with some other launch options in steam. i changed some things in amd software but went back to default and still nothing. i have no idea what i did and what can be causing it because i redid all the stuff i changed and idk if i should reinstall apex because im kinda scared that the audio error will still be there and it will just be a waste of time.
