Dialogue volume too low for my legend

The dialogue volume of any legend I play is very low compared to the legends of my teammates. and this only happens in matchs, in lobby every legends volume is the same. but in match i cant even hear the legend i am playing. for example if they mark something i would hear it at normal volume and then if i dib it the volume would be so low that even I wouldn't be able to hear it properly, i have tried everything from increasing the dialogue volume to changing every kind of volume options, if i increase the volume it increases volume of every legend resulting in my teammates legends being too loud. i dont know what should i do, i tried deleting the settings file in c drive, it only resets my controls to default but sound settings were untouched, please help me this dialogue volume difference is making me crazy
