Did not place crouch on mouse 4 button but respond

first I'm not good at English sorry
generally I'm use mouse 4 button for volume down
and I'm use only C button for toggle crouch
I don't use hold crouch and place any key
but when I use mouse 4 button for turn down the volume
My character crouch
My mouse is G pro super light
I want to know it is game setting issue or mouse issue

I do remember seeing a similar report like this in the past. It sounds like the game is registering that mouse button as a different key.
Have you tried starting up your PC in a Clean Boot before running Apex Legends? If there is something else that is causing problems with the mouse inputs that may help. You can find more information on how to set up a Clean Boot at the EA Help website.
