    Hey @Crispydead 

    If you bought Apex coins and they aren't added to your account.
    You best check first of the transaction was successful and made on the right account.
    If this was the case, you best wait 24 hours as this can take in rare cases some time to get added to your account.

    If you haven't received your Apex Coins after 24 hours.
    You best reach our to the support team so an EA Advisor can look into this case.
    They will make sure you get the Apex Coins you have paid for.

Did not receive the apex coins I bought Yesterday and it took the money out of my bank too what can I do to get my money back or get the coins

Good luck man I've had this happen twice they aren't helpful at all and just make you jump through hoops like you're dumb to avoid having to reimburse you until it's over the number of days they are required to help mostly blaming Microsoft for the issue which is not the case.

    I’m having the same problem. I never had an issue with getting my coins until I had to switch EA accounts and now I have to contact customer service every time I buy some. They were blaming it on the PlayStation Store but I know for a fact it’s just an issue on EA’s end because I’ve never had issues with the PlayStation Store before like this.
