Didn’t got the Wraith Heirloom in 500th pack

Are there anyone else who didn’t got the Wraith Heirloom on their 500th pack?

    @julieerfin Now it's reseted. You got Lifeline Heirloom. It's random.

    Next 500 packs you might get Wraith or if you are unlucky you'll get Bloodhound Axe.
    Then you'll need another 500packs to get Wraith so in the end there is a possibility it'll cost you 1500packs.

    That's all i know. Currently it's random and it sucks!!
    I hope they change it someday so you can choose your Heirloom.

    I got Lifeline one, yeah... wait, does  it means I wasted my money? I wanted the wraith heirloom

    Yeah you wasted your money, this game is a terrible mess in server and optimization.
