Didn’t receive my apex legend coins
So i tryed getting 2000 apex coins for the new event.. payment went through but no coins.. i went to live chat some with sunita she told me to wait 24 hours. I did then went to live support chat again... They told me my screen shots proff is not correct and send me ink what screenshots i need... So in Microsoft history i saw theres a refund option... So i did it... I was glad so i tryed getting apex coins again... This time i got 4350 apex coins.... And again no coins added to account... I tryed to refund again in Microsoft purchase history and this time it failed.... What do i do this is so frustrating.... I tryed going live again to support but its bocked or somthing.... I send n email no reply.... So whats going on ea???? Take my money ? And no coins.... Im very frustrated..... Very....

If it's been 24 hours since you purchased those coins and they still haven't appeared, you will need to contact support directly so they can take a look.
