Didn't Get 1000 Coins Each for Lifeline and Bloodhound Editions

Hi, sorry for the delay, but they coins should be sent out to everyone now. Can you check your balance today and let us know if there are any issues?

Hey all

Sometimes there is a syncing issue and then coins aren't given directly to the user's account but after re-logging or in rare cases coins don't appear for the user.
Coins should appear within 24 hours of buying / redeeming the content.

If you haven't received the coins after 24 hours.
You can contact an EA advisor and they will look into this case.
Click here to contact an EA Advisor

Select Apex Legends, then the platform you are using.
Here you will find the missing content and then Never received content
Now select the contact method you prefer and an advisor will assist you with your problem.
