Didn't receive gift

It's been a few months since my friend gifted me a 20 pack gift, but I still haven't received it ☹️

Hello @ThatsMeTiger,

are you and your friend sure that he send it to the right person? Generally speaking, issues regarding missing gifts are handled by EA Support, but if the gift was made several months ago, they will be unable to help with it. Once a gift is given, it is not possible to reverse it, and any gift given and not received is not possible to be located after such a long time.

@EA_Pythia After the gift was sent and I didn't receive it, I went to the EA Support straight away and they couldn't help me

I just kinda hoped that the gifting would eventually be fixed and my friend didn't have to waste their money ☹️
