Didn't receive Heirloom Shards

Hello!

I didn't receive my Heirloom Shards

So here's what happened in detail:

I leveled up and recieved a Apex Pack

And I opened said pack

It showed me Heirloom Shards 3 times

I waited for like 10 seconds

Then i pressed X (PS4) to continue

I tried opening the shop but it didn't work, the Apex Coins and Crafting materials were loading too and none of the Tabs worked

I then restarted my Game and when i opened it again i didn't have any apex packs or heirloom shards...

I don't know what to do
