Didn't receive masters badge.
Upon logging into my account for season 20 I went to check my earned rank badge for season 19, but it seems to be inaccurate. The badge I received was for Diamond but I made it to masters last season...

Same For Me and i Think They Count on How you Ended The Season and Not The Highest Rank You achieved
They should of made that very clear because that is not how it worked for the past 5 years. I don't fully agree with that change if so all it does is promote people who don't hope/plan to make a predator push to stop playing ranked on that account.
