Disconnected before any ranked game : "code:tap"

Hello,

I'm unable to play Ranked for weeks : I'm getting disconnected just when the lobby launches.

I had no issue before i reached "plat 1", and now cannot play a single game, alone or with friends.

All other game modes are working well, only rank is broken and it seems that only a few people have this problem.

I don't know what to do and it is really really frustrating considering I only play rank, and I will not be able to reach Diamond this split because of this bug.

Please do something about it or give me some tips on how i could fix this problem.

@AI1417 Hi. I fixed it by disabling the firewall. Hope it helps.

I'm having problem with ranks I can't rank up. It keeps kicking me out. Please help.

@KAIw2x shoot. I am running with windows11 but it still happens and I don't want to reinstall windows man. ☹️

Same here. Only happens when I reached plat4. Tried plat, diamond, and master accounts, none of these could work. Anyone fixed it without reinstalling the system?

I have the same exact problem on ps5, It's not only ranked, but other mods too from time to time (but in ranked happens 100% of the time).
They told me on discord to try creating another account to see if it's related to it or to the console. From what I've tested it seems to be account related (the new account doesn't have this problem, but because of the level cap for ranked, I've only tested Trio, duo and NBR)
