To this day im still waiting for them to give me back my shi. Ive been waiting for for years actually and not one advisor came up with a solution. So mind you i've been playing since season 0. You dont know how frustrating that is because i've been grinding this game. Now i feel like I did all of this for nothing. I've spent so much money on this game, even though I still didnt get any heirlooms. I've been waiting for this since cross progression was even introduced and i STILL dont have a response from an advisor. So i might just call it quits.

Just to provide some context, if you have been playing since Season 0 there was definitely a different EA account involved. Progress is stored at the EA account level, so if you link your platform (Xbox, PlayStation, etc.) to a different account, it does not copy your progress to a new account - you'll just have access to whatever's on that new EA account.
I see you mentioned having this problem since around Season 11. It looks like that's also about the time your platforms were linked to this EA account, as this one didn't even exist back in Season 0. That would completely explain why your progress is missing - it's not on this EA account, it's on the original account wherever that progress was first made.
There's nothing for us to give back because that content was never on this EA account. You'd need to try linking your platforms back to whichever EA account was used when you first played. If that's an email or account you can no longer access, our support should be able to help get back into the EA account - they just aren't able to transfer content or progress between separate accounts.
