Yeah I’m desperate for a fix for this been 3 weeks for me and the last live chat I was in was yesterday, the person on the other end said restart game and wait 30 mins! ‘Iv been waiting 3 weeks!’ Anyone have any updates??
Wish I could say I have an update, I've been going back and forth with EA support for days now and it seems like they're either replying with AI or the person replying to me is not reading my emails AT ALL. I'm beyond annoyed. I bought an xbox x a year ago, used to play apex on a laptop and that account has heirloom shards. Ever since I got the xbox, I made a new EA account just in case, to link to it, and have barely touched apex on the new account with the hope of cross progression.
Now I've got the stupid glitch, and support that isn't providing any help or answers whatsoever.

It has to be AI because they're not responding to what you actually say.
