Hey Daurov9,
Are you seeing any particular error messages when you try to launch Apex?
If this was related to an earlier internet issue that's now cleared up for all your other games, it would be worth going through these steps including power cycling your router and trying a wired connection if possible to see if there's any change.
Otherwise, it may also help to try restoring your licenses or booting into safe mode and rebuilding the database if the issue continues after that point.
