Don't get my apex coins

I don't get my apex coins on my ps4..! I redeem the and its accecpt and didn't get apex coins

1. Restart the game and see if its there
2. Keep in mind that ingame purchases may take up to a few hours before its visible on your account.
3. If you wait and nothing happens please head over here:

Select the game or service "Apex Legends" > What platform are you playing on? "PS4" > Select topic "Orders" > Select issue"Order not received" > Select contact option and contact the correct department.

However wait a few hours to verify the purchase has yet not been delivered before contacting.
