Double Duty badge not being awarded

It's happened a few times now where I will be the kill leader and then win a game but I don't unlock the double duty badge. 

Most recent was a win with gibby where I was kill leader before the final fight, then I wiped the last squad and then was awarded kill leader again and champion. 

I can send clips of it happening with me as wraith and gibby. 

Any reason why this could be the case
