Dropped frames since optimization patch b4 Halloween patch

CPU: i9 9900k

GPU: 2080ti

Whatever you guys did to "optimize" anything didn't work.

Used to run 180+ fps rarely ever dipping to 150.

Now dipping down to 70 fps in fights and 80 fps sometimes just looking at simple rendering like in containment.

I've reinstalled, repaired, even RESET WHOLE PC.

Every other game runs PERFECTLY fine. FPS skyrocket through the roof besides apex.

PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS. I've been a day one player since the beginning and have invested so much time and money into this game just for problems like this to occur WAY TOO OFTEN LIKE WHEN 2080tis CRASHED FOR A WHOLE SEASON!!!

This is ridiculous and it's demoralizing when I climb for Predator every season and things like this always give me problems.

Was the issue fixed with seasons 7 patch or before that?

Having a very similar issue, used to get 140+ all the time but now it's as bad as 90 fps just sitting in a house looking at a wall, and dips to 60 during fights. Looks and feels very stuttery. I'm on an 8700k and Nvidia 1080

@Trykt1 Yeah this is exactly what happened to me. I had consistent high frames now it's just low and dips during fights to being stuttery

I am similar issue around key points and buildings. Some days it’s fine other days FPS drops massively. Specifically around salvage on kings canyon. Can drop all the way down to 50fps with a 2080ti.
tried new drivers
older drivers
reinstalled windows
reinstalled the game
repaired the game
list goes on...

@SoaR_Dazs yup and EA has nothing to say about it because they probably know they messed something up with their optimization patches. I play in tournaments with this crap smh

Thanks for nothing ea I figured it out myself.

The bug was the halloween event!

Ever since it went away all my frames came back

200+ fps now

Just letting you know to try and help unlike yall thax
