Duplicate emails/cannot recieve verification code (xbox one)

Hey there.
So i downloaded Apex Legends for Xbox one and it seems that my email is a duplicate email, and that this is my email address address across all EA games and websites.
I cant sign into my account because of this and even if i update the email i cant receive the code i need to access the game?
