DXGI ERROR DEVICE HUNG - AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT

I've seen other posts for the same issue, but none have helped fix this. I tried changing driver to older version or latest, tried few other tweaks people mentioned around. Error persists. Sometime...

    @EA_Kent i think i've resolved the issue.

    I've noticed that when the crash occurs GPU load goes to 100% and GPU clock jumps up too 2000+ MHz.
    I tweaked around with GPU power and clock settings, and raised max voltage a bit. Was around 950 i think, i bumped it up to 1020 mV, and frequency from 1750 to 1820 MHz.
    Allowed fans to spin faster to be able to cool the extra heat coming from extra voltage.
    And the crashes stopped. At least no crashes happened during around 1h play i did. Considering that crash would happen in matter of minutes i think 1h is considerably longer.

    Not sure if something happened with my GPU, or the game started requiring more power from GPU, but this definitely affected the crash.
    I'll post an update after couple of days when i manage to play longer (few hours daily), if the crash happened again or not.

I am curious if starting up your PC in a Clean Boot before launching Apex Legends would help. You can find more details on how to set up a Clean Boot at the EA Help website. Once you've had the chance to give it a shot please let me know if you're still running into any crashes. Thanks!

Sorry for the delay @EA_Kent 
I've taken some time to try various solutions.
Eventually i've completely reinstalled windows, installed origin, reinstalled Apex, and this same crash is still happening. I don't think there is any other way to try a cleaner start then this.
At this point, if you don't have any other suggestions, i can only wait and hope for fix on this issue, either from Respawn/EA with game itself, or from AMD with updates to graphic card driver.

        No crashes so far. Played around 6 hours all together. I believe that this fixed it.

      Still having this issue, tried this overclock, power limit to 150%. Still random Hung error.

      Apex is the only game this happens with.

      Ryzen 3600 CPU

      Gigabyte 5700xt Gaming OC

        I have previously:

        * Re-installed windows

        * Updated all drivers - Motherboard, GPU etc.  GPU is on (22.3.1)

        * Uninstalled APEX and completely re-installed (Steam version)

        * Tried OC GPU and set power limit via AMD Adrenalin to 150%

        Don't want to speak too soon however i played for over an hour today with no crashes.. however I followed this YouTube video:

        * Yes it has some questionable editing and way to download the ZIP lol

        I skipped the driver update check but did these rest which reinstalls DX11 & 12 and the VCredist C+++ from MS & changes DirectX to log errors from r5apex.exe

        Ill update over the next few days how this goes.
