E-District FPS Drop

I get 120+ FPS on every map in the game except for E-District. When I play E-District I can land the zipline building in the Energy Bank POI with 5 teams and have perfect 144 FPS. I can land Galleria with like 5 teams and get perfect FPS. But on certain POI's (Even landing alone with NO TEAMS) I drop to 30-40 FPS and then my mouse feels like I get input delay and it feels like I have GSync enabled when I move my mouse! POI's that I have noticed cause this are City Hall, Street Market, Lotus, Resort, and Draft Point! Again my FPS and mouse responsiveness are perfect on every other map and even perfect in some POI's on E-District when dropping with like 5 teams, but on certain POI's my FPS and mouse responsiveness drop for some reason!
