I haven't played the game since 2019-2020 (After season 6 or 7) because my PC cant handle the game now that i have new PC i tried playing the game again and all progress were gone, it's the same account same email it even have my 1st ever registered name on the account on my EA account and it have old customer supports that i created from 2020 as well. I don't know how to contact Human Support because there's no redirect link that said " Chat with us " anymore in EA support so this is my last resort pretty much.. i still have my old livestreams i did on my facebook from 2019 on Origin app i think.
It's the same account same email i used to play on 2019-2020 so i don't think it's a unlinking problem that people have on xbox i don't know what else i could try
