same here, i gave them all my email addresses ive ever used and they still are telling me the email addresses are wrong... so now i cant even play their games.....
I am also having the same issue. I don’t understand why they do not have a better system for this. I even changed the email associated with my gamer tag because it was an Xboxlivefamily.com email.
I feel like with all the information given to Microsoft, they should be able to vouch for you and at least get them to have EA unlink the account because it is the incorrect email and whatnot. I have been playing ea games offline and I just got game pass ultimate. I am very frustrated with this and hope that they update their system of account recovery because right now, several of us can’t play games that we purchase from EA.
