EA credentials are expired and need to be updated

Every time I try to connect my EA and Xbox account it says “Your EA credentials have expired and need to be updated. Please reset your password.” I already tried resetting my password and it didn’t ...

Just ran into this issue today. Tried live chat and got shut down, called and same thing. They want info for an account i made years ago, that doesnt even have the information listed that they’re asking for. Called Microsoft and now I’m trying to recover the ancient email. Beyond frustrating
