Re: How to get help with Apex Legends account bans and suspensions

My EA account was got stolen. After I got it back from a random person, the account also got banned. Which I got suspended to my nearly 1.5K hours account.

So I tried to got unban appeal to the Bot service. And it got my case pending for two weeks. Nothing updates and it automatically closed without another option to continually appeal my banned account to EA help. There is no button that I can click into the case to appeal again.
