Game Freezing completely

Bug Description: I am experiencing a game-breaking bug in Season 29 that causes my client to completely freeze, leading to an unfair abandon penalty and RP loss.

When loading into a match, the game becomes extremely laggy and then freezes entirely. My character is locked into whatever action I did last, and the game world stops updating on my screen, even though the match continues without me. I am getting latency spikes on my ping indicator (as shown in the attached video).

The strangest part is that my text chat still works perfectly. I can type to my teammates, and they can respond to me in real-time. This proves my connection to the server is still active, but the game logic and movement are completely frozen.

When I am forced to restart the game, I am met with a code:snake timeout. The game registers this as an abandon, resulting in an immediate matchmaking penalty. This has happened twice now, and I have unfairly lost a total of 330 RP (-165 x 2).

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

I initially thought this was a localized network issue, but my internet is perfectly fine. I ran a speed test during the freeze, which showed normal results. My brother was playing League of Legends on the exact same network at the same time with zero issues or lag spikes.

This is clearly a client/server desync issue on EA's end, and it is incredibly frustrating to be punished and lose RP for a game bug. Please investigate this routing/desync issue immediately.
