EA PASSWORD RESET LOOP

PLEASE HELP EA, it tells me my credentials have expired and to reset my password...I have done so repeatedly and every time it gives me and error page. I am on PS4 and have been having this issue for...

no,it only shows my Steam and Google connected...what do I need to do to link/unlink?
