Community ManagerHello. Please contact an advisor to find out the latest update on your account. Cases can be opened by following the instructions here. Do not choose the option for disputing a ban. That will go to ToS and not let you talk to an advisor.

already said that i have done that few times but no one helped me. all of them will say the same thing .we can't help u. u have to dispute the ban .which i also did few times and no answer
