EA support “waiting on player”
Long story short bought $20 worth of apex coins and made a case about it. Case 117130897. It constantly said waiting for player but i had received no emails about it. Some sources said it was because I needed to reopen the case, so I closed it and reopen it, the “My Cases” page says waiting on player still but when I press resume on the case it says fixed.
