EA TOS TEAM IS A JOKE-Account Hacked and Returned with a Non-Remoable Ban

I Cant Agree with the current active ban on my account.
If I had used cheat while actually playing myself I wouldn't have disputed the ban I have invested more than 1.3k hours and real money on that game with lots of cosmetics which I will loose because of a hacker.
My Account was Banned incorrectly while I was locked out and I don't think the investigation was done properly. As I have contacted EA multiple times to regain access of my account but they declined due to some internal security reasons.

All the advisors during the time of conversation assured me that my account is now secure and they cant use it so there's no chance of getting banned.

My email was changed to a random email my steam was logged out my phone number was removed.
All the advisors assured me that they have put a note saying that I was hacked and the actual owner is innocent, which in turn help me while disputing the ban.
From 21st March I was hacked out of my account and on 25th march I got my account back. Guess what? I had an active ban.
My ban was sanctioned on the very day my account was hacked. 
I have also added the last transcript when I got my account back.
I was told that since my account was hacked the ban should be overturned after I regain access but one of the advisor raised the dispute before helping me regaining the account and I think I am investigated based on the hacked account and not after the regaining process.

Yet the TOS team says" After investigating 2 times we found out you broke the out terms so we wont revoke the ban" BRUH seriously? You have all the prove required that I was locked out of my account during that period yet I am at fault! GREAT.

Either they are AIs doing humans work or they are just...I don't wanna say the word here.

  • I am not looking for any assist here. I am just pointing out the casual approach of TOS. The EA support team has all the knowledge about cases like this but they don't have any authority to control this. It feels like it doesn't matter what information support team has provided to the TOS team other than what TOS fixed their mind to see.

    For Example: For Hacked account and banned Cases :The support team helping the player can notice the suspicious Email change on the day of hack and getting the ban when it was linked to that hacked email address(not the registered email) and can agree to the fact that "Yes your account was hacked and you are not at fault here". While How the TOS works it seems. "I don't care if your account was hacked or anything! we found you cheating so the ban is non removable. We are not going to check the fact that there was a email change or any data change in that account when it was found to be hacked".
    Yes I agree there are some scenarios that some bans are legit but there are more false bans than actual bans. The Actual Cheaters never get banned properly.
    Its not all fair for the legit players who don't cheat even if they are being destroyed by cheaters every other matches.

  • Giving XP for Your own answer from one of your own different account to make it a solution ahahah typical behavior hahahhaha..Boss we players are not idiots before u say those copy pasted procedures we had already done those things. So please either completely remove this EA Answers HQ forum coz nothing is answered here other than your copy pasted messages as solution  share these to your higher officials you guys are busy teaching us how to appeal or get assist which we can already see in site. Seriously??

  • This seems to be happening to a lot of people, including myself. I've been banned for "cheating" as well but I've never cheated. Something is going on. I'm fighting with EA Support too. Good luck.

    and they give u only 3 chance to dispute after 1st decline the remaining two just got instantly declined.like i created the case and boom decline!! my account had a user agreement violation just after 12 hours of getting hacked and it took them 4 days just to recover my account and they say that Tos has checked lmao .. now if i say something here they will just close this topic like we dont matter at all. Even now after sending a mail i got the same reply.. Sure TOS is working so hard to ignore the facts that should get you unbanned.Too much revenue from us i guess..

    @1k1llsw1tch7 Yeah, it's typical of these big game companies to just not care about the, admittedly few, false bans. That does NOT mean that this is okay, they should be held accountable for false bans as they are infinitely worse than a cheater or two not getting banned here and there. I think everyone would agree that it's better to play with a closet cheater here and there than not to play at all, otherwise no one would play the game legit as there would be no point. But I don't think the people in charge of bans have that good of an ability to put themselves in your shoes. If they did, they would actually look into what you are saying instead of whatever this is.
  • @ZennyJ The funny thing is while contacting EA support advisor they just ask you the same questions every time and gives the same reply as every other advisor. The TOS team literally has zero contact with the advisor after the case has been submitted to them. They only check why their AI banned My account and nothing before or after !
    My Last advisor literally told me to make a new account and play like bro like would u transfer all the in-game items to that new account! LOL
    Its just trash. If u just EA account hacked and banned the whole google feed will fill up with forums posts like this.. Still EA be Like :I AM BLIND I cant See what's Happening ..
    They Cant protect themselves from RCE attacks IDK why and they are talking about terms and conditions..

    Bro Istg their supposed " TERMS OF SERVICE " team is just boomers who don't even do their jobs. I've RAISED MORE THAN 7 TICKETS and HAVE EVEN ATTACHED PROOF AS HOW I WAS HACKED. SOME RUSSIAN GOT INTO MY ACCOUNT AND BOOM 21 DAYS LATER THEY BAN ME. THEY DON'T even take a look at the case or PROOF. Its just straight luck if it happens. I HAD MF 2FA on but still someone manages to get into my account. AND FUNNY * IS THEY ARE BLIND AF THAT THEY CANT EVEN SEE THAT A PERSON HAS PREVIOUS CASES RELATED TO ACCOUNT RECOVERY. I ain't wasting a dime on this company ever again Istg. As a third worlder its already * making both ends meet.

    A friend of mine recently had this exact problem. He contacted through live chat and the agent put out the case. His ban was revoked a day later. Like HOWTF? And I've been here for a year now. ISTG its pure luck if you have your ban revoked
