EA twitch prime loot does not work on Xbox one

When i heard about twitch prime on apex legends i was gasping to get it, so i logged into my twitch prime account and then asked me to make a EA account so i made one that has the same e-mail address as my Xbox so after i did that it said to connect EA account to twitch prime then after that it said authorize so i clicked on it and said Your rewards will be waiting for you in game so suddenly i was bursting to get on apex legends to see the skin and the Packs on my Xbox but it wasn't there so i doubled checked everything but no signs of error.

So can someone please tell me what i could do because I've done everything but still haven't  received the twitch prime loot PLEASE FIX BUG EA
