EAC and Dr.web

APEX crashes when the splash screen appears with EAC followed by the creation of a dump. This problem can only be solved if you remove the Dr.Web anti-virus software. Don't you think this is not normal? Why does EAC require antivirus removal for it to work. Adding EAC files to exceptions does not help; the only solution is to completely remove Dr.Web from the system.
