EAC untrusted file (dlumd9.dll) issue

Hello! I've seen a lot of topics about the issue I'm currently facing, yet none of the solutions brought have worked for me... I'm unable to launch Apex Legend because the Easy Anti-Cheat software ...

Easy anti-cheat sometimes has an issue with RGB lighting control software and some peripherals.

Disabling the offending item will resolve this issue.

I do realise this will be quite inconvenient, especially if you have to constantly uninstall/reinstall a drawing tablet for example.

    @EA_Barry Thanks for your responce!
    I don't have RGB lighting stuff, but I've run my PC with all USB devices unplugged to see if it helped. Unfortunately it doesn't...

    Is it the nature of the untrusted file that made you think this is peripherals-related? Cause I haven't find a lot of people having issue with this specific file.
