    Solved,

    I re installed windows7 from a ISO i had on my pc.It still did not worked, so then i made all the windows updates (the probleme was with microsoft visual c++ 2015, it could only be installed by windows updates ) 

    It worked, but new problem : ea connection timed out, solution --> 

    Right click on origin , properties, compatibility, run as administrator. 

    And did the same for the apex icon .

    Worked 🙂 hope it'll help some people because i didn't find the solution elsewhere .

can you attach a DxDiag for us if you're still experiencing this?

Try right-clicking on the Origin desktop shortcut and use the compatibility troubleshooting. Then launch the game as administrator.

Solved,
