You can fix this by adding a folder exclusion in your policy for C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Apex and set it to interoperability so that Sentinel lowers its monitoring mode on the folder.  There is risk doing this because malware can hide itself in that folder.  Setting a file hash exclusion will require constant policy changes because the file will change every time a new patch is released.
