If you're not getting verification codes, are you able to try a password reset? This can help out in situations where your account credentials may need to be re-verified.
If that also isn't appearing for you and you're not seeing those redirected to any junk, trash, or spam folders, our support team will need to take a look at the account to assist further, as we're not able to change or discuss any account details on the forums.
In that case please head over to the EA Help website to open a new case so this can be looked into further, thanks!

Opening a case will not work because it STILL needs a verification code.

Hi @egyptianbunny,
If you can't log in to create a case because it's requesting a verification code, you can still open a case without being logged in.
Try logging out manually (you're logged in to some extent to post here), or using an incognito mode window to try submitting a case. You'll be prompted to log in to create the case but will also receive the option to continue without logging in.- 3 years ago
There is no option to do so, even when I had logged out.
