Thanks for the posts and details you've provided! We're looking into this, but could use some additional information to help our investigation.
If you haven't already, please provide as much of the following as you're able so we can check into this further.
- EA Account (if different than your posting account)
- Platform (PC, Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, etc.)
- Your region/country
- Which server you typically connect to
- Your ISP

So I called at&t and spent over 2 hours with them trying to change ports, change the DNS and whatever else he tried. Nothing worked. But if I hotspot with my verizon data it automatically works.EA_MariEA_Mako
