Have not been able to play since updating the game on Tuesday, we are now in Friday and still receiving these issues for "encryption protocol violation" on PC - Steam:
If you haven't already, please provide as much of the following as you're able so we can check into this further.
- EA Account (if different than your posting account) - DatA55Gaming
- Platform (PC, Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, etc.) - PC: Steam
- Your region/country - USA East
- Which server you typically connect to - us-east01/02
- Your ISP - AT&T
Extremely disappointed that a season launched like this after shelling out money for a heirloom.
