I am having this issue, where are we on this, it says solved but apparently it isnt
- EA Account (if different than your posting account) - reitek_z
- Platform (PC, Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, etc.) -xbox
- Your region/country - central
- Which server you typically connect to - us-east01/02
- Your ISP - AT&T
Some further info:
I tried connecting my Xbox to a hotspot on my phone, and I can connect okay. However, when I connect it to my router by cable, I get the encryption protocol violation almost instantly. So, it's definitely related to AT&T ISP.
Also i can not select any other server from data center, both on isp or hotspot
