Encryption Protocol Violation

Since I’ve updated I can’t get into apex, every time I try to log in I get a pop up that says encryption protocol violation. I can’t find anything about what this means and how I can fix it. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading, made sure my system and Xbox controller were up to date, I even tried a factory reset and nothing has worked. Looking for some help. My setup is barebones, just a series S and a branded Xbox controller I can’t figure out what could be causing the issue.
