Encryption Protocol Violation

Question

Since I’ve updated I can’t get into apex, every time I try to log in I get a pop up that says encryption protocol violation. I can’t find anything about what this means and how I can fix it. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading, made sure my system and Xbox controller were up to date, I even tried a factory reset and nothing has worked. Looking for some help. My setup is barebones, just a series S and a branded Xbox controller I can’t figure out what could be causing the issue.

Yep, this has been a common issue since the update. There is a thread about this already. No solution, no ETA, no one from EA has even really addressed the issue other than asking for more information. Don’t expect anything more from EA.&nbsp;
