Engine Error "The video card has been physically removed from the system..."

Hi,

I recently replaced my GTX 1070 Ti with a new RTX 2080 Ti (driver updated also). Every game I sooner or later get the error in the picture I linked.

NVIDIA driver version: 441.66

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
OS: Windows 10 Pro
OS version: 10.0.18362
Motherboard: X470 GAMING PRO
RAM: 8GB 2666MHz

This does not happen with any other game I've tested (Battlefield 4, CS:GO).
