A few minutes after I start Apex the game crashes with the following error:
Engine Error:
[Number] Unknown file version (paks\Win64\pc_all.opt.starpak)
I've repaired the game and I keep getting that error.
I7 2600K
8GB Ram
GTX 960
Any ideas on what I can try to get rid of that error?

Getting similar crash, but with common.rpak - occurs after 10-15 seconds after splash.
Repairing now to see if it resolves.

ive the exact same error disgusting :-)
Ran the validation tool ion the library and it fixed it after about 15 mins
Delete the file that it is naming, and right click the game in "Game library" and select repair.
It will download the most up to date file.

after numerous reinstalls and using the fix it tool i read somewhere that changing the origins language to english can help. and lo' and behold it did. Hope it helps someone (i reinstalled the game after changing the language)
Did not work. Still having this error, none of the fixes in this thread helped.
How do you repair it?
